Your Guided Path
This site has a lot of content — and it tells a story. Follow these six steps in order and you'll understand not just what I did, but why it worked, and whether it might work for you too.
Start with the About page
I lost 130 pounds at age 55 — without GLP-1 medications, surgery, or willpower tricks. Understanding my story gives you the context for everything else on this site.
The Problem page
This is the most important page on the site. It explains the three root causes — depleted soil, engineered food addiction, and the suppressed history of natural medicine — that made me (and most of us) so unhealthy in the first place.
Foundational Wellness Bundle page
Step 1 of the two-part solution. The doTERRA Foundational Wellness Bundle (VMG+, EO Mega+, PB Restore) replenishes what depleted soil can no longer provide. VMG+ uses liposomal technology for superior nutrient absorption — building the nutritional foundation your body needs.
Eating Plan page
Step 2 of the two-part solution. Bright Line Eating creates clear, sustainable rules around flour and sugar — not because of willpower, but because the brain needs structure to break free from engineered food addiction.
Kitchen Tools page
The Pampered Chef kitchen tools I used throughout my transformation. Precision tools that make Bright Line meal prep faster, more accurate, and more enjoyable — the right scale, air fryer, and prep bowls make a real difference.
Shop page
Once you understand the why, the shop makes it easy to get started. Direct links to the doTERRA Foundational Wellness Bundle, the Bright Line Eating book, and everything else I personally recommend.
Before You Decide
If You're Considering GLP-1 Medications, Here's What the Research Says
This is not medical advice. But you deserve to make an informed choice with the full picture in front of you.
30–40% of weight lost on GLP-1 medications like semaglutide can come from lean muscle mass, not fat — a finding confirmed by multiple peer-reviewed journals in 2024 and 2025, including Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism and Nature Medicine.
Researchers are actively studying the effects of rapid GLP-1-induced weight loss on bone mineral density and fracture risk. The evidence is emerging and not yet fully settled.
Studies show that approximately two-thirds of users regain the weight within a year of stopping the medication — because the drug suppresses hunger without addressing why you were overeating in the first place.
The same research confirms that adequate protein and resistance training are essential to protecting muscle during any weight loss — with or without medication. This is exactly what the nature-guided approach prioritizes.
